Shipment Method

IVL will use UPS to ship all our products if it is originated from our east coast warehouse, and DHL from East Asia if the products are made to order and shipped directly from the manufacturer.

Other shipment methods can be chosen upon customer request, including collection service.

Depending on the product type and quantity ordered, products will either be in stock (at our NA warehouse) or made to order and shipped directly from the manufacturer.

When IVL offers free shipping promotions, IVL reserves the right to ship through any logistics solution provider of our preference.

Delivery Time

Most delivery would be within 5-7 business days for products, with exception of large quantity orders.

All product lead times are estimates and may change based on existing backorders, factory closures, processing delays, and other potential delay causes.
